- By 10/17, please send email to [email protected] with:
- Copy of your driver’s license
- Copy of your auto insurance
- Waiver of Liability Form - will be emailed to you when you send your Driver’s License and Insurance copies. Please print and sign it, or sign one at the school.
Donate nut-free candy
- This candy will be shared with the entire school during Trunk or Treat - the more candy we have, the better!
